15 min call to review your project interior design scope, timeline, budget expectations. During this call we outline our process, experience and we determine if this project could be a good fit

We begin each project with an in-person initial meeting to better understand you and your project needs. This meeting will involve a walk-through to understand all spaces that are within scope, we capture necessary dimensions, photos and notes to help us create a proposal of our design services.

During programming we further define your project needs by establishing a budget, scope of work, timeline as well as evaluate aesthetic considerations for the space.

We begin to study the space further by introducing various design concepts, evaluating existing site conditions, drafting initial floor plans, sketching design solutions and create preliminary selections for finishes.

We begin developing full design documents by finalizing floor plans, interior elevations, finishes, fixtures and furnishings. During design development we continue to refine and update the budget and can also produce renderings.

For renovation and new construction projects we create documents for bid purposes. Depending on the scope of work we also collaborate with your architect and review plans from other consultants. Once the design direction is approved we finalize all documents with necessary details for a complete drawing set to be executed as intended.

We attend regular onsite meetings, review contractor RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure the design aligns with the initial intent. We advocate on your behalf if any issues arise during construction. During this phase purchase orders are reviewed and tracked for installation. As the project is approaching completion a punch walk is performed and close out facilitation begins.

We also offer procurement and installation for furnishings projects that includes vendor coordination, storage, delivery and final installation.

We can additionally curate and source accessories to style and enhance the space. During this phase we coordinate a photo shoot to capture the final completed project.
